Shipping & Returns - Earthan


  • We ship across India. For international shipping, please pay using PayPal.
  • From the date of purchase confirmation, our typical shipping period is 7-9 working days.
  • COD orders require you to first make the payment to the courier partner prior to opening the parcel. The courier partner delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns and exchanges need to be routed through customer care.
  • We ship orders through multiple facilities – your order maybe split into multiple shipments based on product availability and to reduce shipping time.
  • All orders under INR 2999 are subject to a non-refundable flat shipping fee of INR 149. Free shipping is available in India for orders over INR 3000.
  • An e-mail and a text message verifying your order will be sent to you. Once your item has been prepared for shipment, you will be notified of the courier partner and tracking details.   • We hope you like your Earthan products! To return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Care within 5 days of receiving your package (email us at We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Requests for returns or exchanges made after 5 days of receiving your order will not be accepted. Merchandise purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If your request for a return or exchange is authorized, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Our courier partner completes the majority of reverse pickups within 48 hours.
  • If a reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we will request you to return the items to us via a trustworthy courier partner with a tracking number. We'll give you a shop credit for the reverse shipping expenses, up to a maximum of INR 150 or on actual. Our warehouse must receive the return shipment within 10 days of receiving the return request.   • If you're doing a reverse pickup, please make sure the original packing is still intact. Items must be new, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached. This is necessary because products must be resalable; returns and exchanges for items that have been used or received without their original packing or labels/tags will not be accepted.
  • As soon as we get your reverse shipment, we will contact you. We will process a return/exchange, if the return shipment satisfies the above mentioned conditions after verification.
  • All returned orders are given a shop credit. The shop credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be applied to any item on our website. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If you want an exchange, we will send you a replacement after we receive your return package. If the new item's price is more than the original item's, we'll email you a link to pay the difference. If the price of the new item is less than the price of the original item ordered, we will provide a credit note for the difference. Exchanges, when requested, are limited to one-time only. Similarly, the use of a store credit would make the order ineligible for any further return or exchange.
  • Ceramics products are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards once purchased cannot be returned for their monetary value

Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not been dispatched. We will not be able to cancel an order after it has been sent. Please contact Customer Care to cancel your order before it is shipped. We will respond to your request within 24 hours of receiving it.


Our products are packed with the utmost care. If you get your product in bad condition or discover it has been tampered during delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact our Customer Care staff. We'll arrange for a new shipment.
We may ask you to provide us pictures of the damage item, so that we can analyze the extent of the damage and provide a suitable resolution to the issue.
In the event of damage, we will replace the item at no cost to you. If we are unable to ship a replacement, we will provide an alternative, shop credit, or a refund in your original payment method (or bank transfer in case of COD payments).
Please notify Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving your shipment if your goods is damaged or missing we will respond to your request within 24 hours of receiving it. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for damages or missing items notified after 24 hours.


In the event of a return, we will give a store credit for the value of the product returned, regardless of the reason. shipping, and gift services (if applicable) are non-refundable.
